Chiropractor Dr. James D. Neal III is the founder of Comprehensive Spinal Care. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, emphasizing sports injury rehabilitation and pediatric care.

He has over ten years of experience as a board-certified chiropractor in the state of California. He has worked alongside top Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Massage Therapists in some of the most successful practices in southern California.  Throughout his years as a Chiropractor, he has treated patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, with a gentle, conservative, and individualized approach to care.

Dr. Neal enjoys spending time with his wife and friends and living an active lifestyle.  Outside of the practice, his work includes volunteering and speaking engagements within the community.  He takes great pride in educating patients on how the body can heal itself with the help of Chiropractic care.
